Methodology

We offer several established methodologies for testing radio commercials;  however, most clients utilize our standard Day-After-Recall (DAR)/Diagnostic Refocus combination.  This provides all of the communication and intrusiveness measures of the DAR technique, a persuasion indicator, plus the ability to retrieve custom communication diagnostic data through refocus.  This methodology offers the most sensitive discrimination between executions.  All testing is conducted in permanent mall locations through the country using a mall intercept technique.

The Day-After-Recall Diagnostic Refocus study is done in three phases:

Screening the respondent to conform to your target population
Conducting the mall exposure
A next day callback to administer the recall interview and diagnostic refocus questionnaire
